How do you have a strong kick? Simple, lots of targeted training. 😀 I know, not helpful, but your training will include some of these sessions on a regular basis:
- Hill Repeats
- Progression Runs
With the right training program, you will progressively increase your strength, form, and enjoyment of running... oh, an your final kick too. 😀
