I love this social media malarkey. Post a cute picture of your child; you get loads of people publicly liking the picture and you get new followers.
Post some truth supporting women’s rights/health/breastfeeding, people see it, but they don’t want to publicly be seen liking anything controversial and they unfollow you. I am just a mum of two boys, who speaks her mind, supports other parents, talks about how homesick she gets and misses her family. I talk about real life stuff, especially mental health & wellbeing. I’m not trendy and I don’t have an insta-perfect home. Just a straightforward, crazy foreigner who lives in the UK and would eat you alive if you hurt her boys. Oh, and I like squats a lot. I can squat with my husband on my back. True, that.
You know; nothing has changed since I was little.
In the midst of communism, when our teachers told us that we had to dig for cable lines, in the name of communism, little Vesna (I was nine) stood up and told her teachers that they, the school, were using us children as child labour and free labour, while the rest of the class gasped. Well, I was a child then, I am a 40 year old woman now. I am very confident in what I believe and I will continue supporting parents (including mums/moms and dads), breastfeeding, women’s choices & health, fitness, human rights, gay rights, children’s rights, equal rights, mental health, kindness... I have a very strong moral sense of what’s right and what’s wrong. Some of you will find the stuff I write about a bit controversial, well my darlings, I don’t give a duck! Life is too short not to be kind. Ta ta!
I shall continue, thank you very much. To all my mums/moms & dads, mental health & health enthusiasts, lovers of real life stories, fitness lovers, human and equal rights & kindness fighters out there, thank you for following me #instagram #socialmedia #controversial #parenting #mentalhealth #love #kindness #support #communism #childhoodmemories #brave #outspoken #truth #happiness #goodvibes #positivevibesonly #menshealth #media #realtalk #momlife #mumlife #dadlife #writer #parent #jogon #moralvalues #reallife #family #womenshealth #squats
