Changed things up tonight both workout and post workout recovery.
First time in a while I did a just-back back day in the gym. Changed up the reps as well to throw the body off.
For post workout, I switched to GNC’s Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 ripped protein powder. 20 grams of protein per scoop with a thermogenesis blend in it as well.
Remember, change is a good thing. It keeps the body for plateauing, and it helps rejuvenate your routine. Most get stuck doing the same thing day and day out, and then get burnt out.
