Barre Fusion with instructor Abbey Smith, will give a full-body workout concentrating on hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms while creating the mental benefits similarly obtained with yoga or meditation. It is a low-impact class, using isometric movements to firm, lengthen, and shape long lean muscles to sculpt your body and clear your head for the day ahead!
Modifications can be made so this class is safe for all bodies and ages. No experience necessary.
