I can't believe there's only 2 months between each photo. It seriously baffles me!

I would lie if I told you that I don't appreciate the physical changes that have taken place (I'm only human! And I'm a girl, c'mon), but what really, truly excites me are the changes that have happened inside of me.

Working out has always come easy to me. But my getting my diet right has ALWAYS been a struggle (anyone else feel like this??). But finally I think I have found something that WORKS for me. And that makes me so happy I can't even tell you. I have energy now, I feel happier, stronger. My skin is better. And my gut loves me 😜. •

This is Lily Cottage , the amazing countryside base I found on @airbnb , and is the kind of place you'd keep a secret to stop it being full booked 😂🏡🍂😍. It's the perfect English cottage and we're planning to return with our Yorkie and go for more walks around Maidencombe coast. The walking has got me back into running which I'm hugely grateful for! Am feeling soooo fluffy after marathon eating in Jakarta but no regrets everything was so yummy and I enjoyed myself so much 💁💕.
Smashed my upper body sesh today and am just generally feeling good ✨ Also, my brother will be back for a night so I'm pretty happy, I've actually missed him 🙆🏻!!!!

Dites vous suivez un programme en ce moment? Et si oui lequel?

Depuis le Cfstrong&sexy de @davidcostacoach j'étais un peu en free style de mon côté mais je suis contente d'avoir entamé celui de @victoiremua avec les copines.

1ère séance du programme hier, j'ai tout de même utilisé des charges modérées (20 kgs j'aime trop ma barre 😁) et l'élastique @ilovemypopotin 30 kilos ( en vrai je galère avec😅).
.
Et honnêtement ? Retrouver une vraie congestion dans les quadri : 😍😍😍😍.

Alors si pour le moment ils font encore les timides, le corps a une mémoire. Et qui va de nouveau exploser son jean????? Bibiiiiiii🤗🤗🤗🤗.

Ce soir reprise du dos aussi et là ca va piquer..... parce que c'est mon objectif du moment (@jesuisunecoach je veux juste la moitié du tien et je serai aux anges). .

Feeling really good this morning. Much as I love running, not ‘having’ to go out in the dark and wind this morning felt like a treat. Focusing on other things for a few months. 30 min HIIT done and PT supervised lifting session booked before work. Just about getting the hang of adjusting nutrition to strength training rather than 50+ miles per week. Loving the different block of training. Change can be good! #fitness #strongnotskinny #hiit

PROTEIN CRÊPES á la @supplify 🙏🏽 Wozu ein Pancake Mix nicht alles gut sein kann 👌🏼 Sieht irgendwie aufwändig aus, ist es aber so gar nicht 🤷🏽 Einfach den Protein Pancake Mix mit etwas Wasser und Flavdrops eurer Wahl mit einem Schneebesen vermischen und mehr Wasser dazu geben, bis ihr einen sehr flüssigen Teig bekommt. Etwas Kokosöl in einer Pfanne auf sehr geringer Stufe erhitzen und den Teig in die Pfanne geben. Nur kurz von beiden Seiten anbraten lassen. Meine Crêpes sind mit Bananen und Peanutbutter gefüllt und getoppt mit zuckerfreier Schokosoße 🍌🍫 {Werbung - aus Überzeugung 👌🏼}

When the yoga instructor doesn't show up.... Monday nights are stretching night. (It's yoga on the schedule but 🤷‍♀️). Tonight the instructor was a no-show but we were there so.... we found a you tube video of an ab yoga workout and did a fantastic synchronized ab workout and played around with inversions.
I've never done head stands because I thought it would be hard on my neck. I usually stick to trying hand stands. Pays to go out of your comfort zone 👌🏼. I like this.
And when watching the video I can't help but love the fact that there's two others that decided to stay and dance around to the gym music and that @lifeisaworkout is as excited for me as I am that I'm balancing on my head! 😊. #ohyeah #handstand #perfectchaos #alwaysworksout
