‏Inverted positions
One of the best gifts yoga has to offer us,
Inverted poses allow clean, pure blood flow to the brain.
They have a calming quality and they improve daily functioning,
Help in situations of insomnia,
Improve the function of the corn glands, hormonal balance and great during pregnancy.
** During menstruation it is recommended to avoid in order not to dry the uterus (Gita Iyengar)
Regular daily practice of opposite positions on all existing variations, strengthens the body, prevents wrinkles and premature aging of the skin, helps prevent various diseases, and especially very fun.
The recommendation is to stay in any position as much as possible, at least 15-20 breaths.
It is best to practice the poses in this order:
Hand and arm resistance,
 Headstand (Shirashana) is also called the king of poses and has a wide range of benefits for the yogi.
‏Shoulder position (Sarbangasana) and the plow position (Halassana) with a calming effect towards the end of the practic
**For novice practitioners, it is recommended to use a qualified teacher to obtain the appropriate accent

Mama's Yoga

It started when I moved out of my parents' house, and has been going on for 13 years now - my mom starts her every day with yoga. 1,5-2 hours of asanas and pranayama daily. Shvanasana - 108 reps, sarvangasana - "I think up to 300," supata virasana - "I think up to 500" ... In the past, my mom was an accountant, she likes to count ... She is 78 years old. The whole world around us contributes to the concentration of attention on yoga - "the connection with the Divine" (if literally translated from Sanskrit). Of course, before the yoga began in this life, there were kalpas and kalpas in the previous ones. Even a mosquito will not bite for no reason. Mom thinks he does not do well enough. 💟Sarvangasana 💟
Esta es la postura que les permite a los yoguis permancer jóvenes por más tiempo , es el Asana del rejuvenecimiento. La glándula tiroides que es la encargada entre otras funciones de la regulación de nuestro metabolismo se ve privada del riego sanguíneo normal, recibiendo menor irrigación debido a la presión que ejercemos con el cuello, al llevar nuestro menton hacia el esternón.
Cuando deshacemos la asana, la tiroides vuelve a recibir la sangre pero ahora con mayor libertad, debido a la descompresión de la zona, con lo cual se ve irrigada con sangre renovada, haciendo que se estimule su funcionamiento.

Sarvā significa en sánscrito todo y angā significa partes del cuerpo. De traduce como la postura que es buena para cada aspecto y cada parte del cuerpo del ser humano.
Algunos beneficios.. 💟 Se llenan los ganglios linfáticos con linfa nueva al aumentar la circulación alrededor del sistema linfático. Esto nutre todo el cuerpo. 💟Al invertir el cuerpo desde el cuello hacia arriba significa que la gravedad aumenta el flujo sanguíneo venoso al corazón, al cerebro y a los ojos. Esto relaja el corazón y disminuye la frecuencia cardíaca, y trae claridad a la mente y la vista.
💟 Alarga los nervios espinales, lo que alivia la tensión en la cabeza, el cuello y los hombros.
💟 Iyengar afirma, “las personas que sufren de falta de aliento, palpitaciones, asma, bronquitis y dolencias de garganta obtienen alivio con esta postura.”
💟 Es excelente para aquellos que sufren de trastornos de la tiroides. La postura sobre los hombros aporta equilibrio y regula la secreción de hormonas tanto de las glándulas tiroidea y paratiroides en el cuello. 💟Calma el sistema nervioso. Esta es una postura excelente para aquellos que sufren de estrés, tensión, ansiedad.
💟Es excelente para dormir mejor. La postura sobre los hombros ayuda a los que sufren de insomnio.
💟El chakra que más se activa es el Vishudda, el de la garganta, su color es el turquesa o celeste. Y su mantra el Ham.

Shoulder stand (or Sarvāngāsana) is an inversion that stretches the shoulder and the neck and therefore activates the 3rd Chakra located at the throat (Viśhuddha). Viśhuddha is often associated with the thyroid gland in the human endocrine system. This gland is produces hormones essential for growth and maturation. Here’s about 2 hours of practice condensed into 24 seconds. Wild! This was really educational and invigorating. 👁‍🗨 We held 40 seconds per side, except a couple forward bends which we held longer, and 5 min salamba #sirsasana and 4 min+ a few minutes for variations in salamba #sarvangasana, 10 min #savasana 💙

Tiene grandes beneficios: la presión del pecho contra el mentón estimula la glándula tiroides, equilibrando sistemas endocrino, circulatorio, digestivo, reproductivo y nervioso. Mejora el sistema inmunológico. Su influencia en glándulas paratiroideas ayuda en la regeneración de los huesos. Tonifica piernas, abdomen, órganos reproductivos, drena la sangre y aumenta la circulación en estas áreas. Mejora la flexibilidad de las vértebras del cuello. Por supuesto que sí hay patologías cervicales debe evitarse o practicarla con los recaudos necesarios.

One of my favourite parts of the traditional shoulder stand series that I include in my practice. If I skip it, I know that my wrists will start to feel weak and become susceptible to pain. We all have different work in this life. My work is here on my mat. The practice allows me to gain more control over my mind on the mat, which translates to all circumstances of life. Grateful would be an insufficient way to describe my relationship to this practice.

Is it just me? I find shoulder stand a lot harder than headstand. It’s one of my most dreaded poses & the double chins too 🙄🤫😂 My upper back & neck don’t seem to like being bent that way 🤷🏻‍♀️ On a more positive note, my hips & pelvis mobility seem to have improved lately. My thighs can almost touch the floor in bound angle pose after some hip stretches 🙀 They used to hang at 30 degrees angle.

Do you often choose to speak up for the rights of yourself and others or do you choose to keep mum to avoid confrontation? I am definitely the latter, who sometimes question myself for my lack of expression. Activating the throat chakra through asanas like #sarvangasana helps me to recalibrate the balance, granting me courage to speak up when needed and wisdom to be silent when necessary. There's definitely a lot more to work on before I find that perfect balance, but I'll just keep trying.

Melhora a qualidade do sono, promove clareza e paz mental e uma sensação de bem estar muito grande.

Além disso, assim como todas as outras posturas invertidas, sarvangasana é uma verdadeira fonte da juventude.
Atua nos três chakras superiores, vishuddha, ajna e sahasrara, por isso, estimula a intuição e a entrega ao supremo. 🙏🙏

SARVANGASANA o POSTURA DE LA VELA

Esta es una de las múltiples posturas que podéis utilizar si vuestro chakra #Muladhara está débil o cerrado, pero !OJO!No es una de las estrictamente relacionadas con el primer chakra.

Que la Sarvangasana se haga con el cuerpo entero es el motivo por el que esta asana se llama así: «Sarva» es el término en sánscrito que significa «todo, completo»; «asana» es «postura». Es decir, literalmente significa «Postura Completa».

Sarvangasana se puede escoger para este primer chakra simplemente con el objetivo de poner un poco la alineación "normal", del revés... que el primer chakra (ubicado en el plexo sacro) se sitúe hacia el cielo, como el último chakra.

Nuestra vida se puede poner del revés en cualquier momento, y este tipo de posturas sirven para coger las riendas en cualquier situación.

Перевернутые позы имеют много положительных эффектов, об этом много пишут и говорят. В моей личной практике я почувствовала 2 основных: пропали головокружения и появилось чувство уверенности. Ну знаете шутку про то, что человек наклонился за конфетой и у него потемнело в глазах? Это было про меня :)
