Why are you holding on?
Why are you holding onto the fear? I’ll tell you, it’s become a habit. I know because that’s what our minds do to protect us. It tries to protect us from the unknown and the potential scary!
Thus the years or months of anxiety, the stress, the rat race. 🐀 . ‼️IMPORTANT‼️: friends, don’t be so hard on yourself, we’ve ALL been there. But now is the time to be brave. Be brave enough to LET GO of your fear. Of feeling shitty. Your fear of the unknown of finally feeling good......That sounds funny right? Being afraid to feel good? The thing is, if you’re anything like me, feeling good physically/mentally/emotionally was ABNORMAL. In my past history, that off chance I DID feel good would itself absolutely terrified me. The ‘what if’ & expectation for when the bad would hit & catch me by surprise... .
It may feel as though this is hard to do. The trusting in yourself that you CAN feel good, no, great! But I promise you you can do this. I’m here to hold your hand and then show you that you have had THE POWER WITHIN YOU this whole dang time. The power to break the chains of fear and start living your best damn life. The power to live daily without #anxiety #panicattacks or the merry go round mind. It’s not too late.
You have friends, family that loves you and a life that is waiting for you to spread alllllll the you-ness you have to offer!!! .
