How much do you prioritize your sleep?
Most of us rush around at a million miles an hour, trying to fit in more than we know we can - and often sleep becomes low on the priority list 😴
I have always been someone who needs more sleep than most to function at 100% (I blame my dad, he is the same!) - and I’m certainly not the best sleeper - so it’s rare I get what I class as a “good nights sleep”. 🤛
But last night I slept for a full 8 hours without waking up (un heard of) and this morning I smashed a PB at spinning 💥
And honestly, I know that amazing nights sleep had everything to do with it 🙅🏼♀️
So people, one piece of advice - prioritize your sleep - my god it makes a difference the next day 🤘
