A few more muddy miles smashed tonight. Definitely the best therapy for me... I hear people say they haven't got the time to exercise and they'd rather get home, put their feet up and relax. Each to their own. They don't get why Me and all the people who inspire me do what we do. For me it's down to three things:
Determination - I want to improve, set new goals and smash them. I enjoy the challenge, both mentally and physically so my determination drives me forward. I'm determined to be the best version of me.
Motivation - I have the motivation to wake up and to push onwards. I may have a few dark moments, take a few knocks and fall down along the way but my motivation is such, I pick myself up and crack on, no excuses. Plus, how can you not be motivated by the great outdoors?! Pride - I'm proud of everything I've achieved in the past, the things I'm currently achieving and I want to continue to challenge my limits. At times my pride has taken few knocks but that's life. I bounce back. Take small steps, but be proud of those steps and be proud of yourself for taking them.
