💥Simple four cone drill to incorporate into your training. Thanks to @_nate_weiss_ for showing me this one.-
1️⃣Set up your small box. (2x2)
2️⃣PULL with the closest foot to the cone behind your body.
3️⃣Take a touch BEHIND with your other foot.
4️⃣Control it with your SOLE in the middle of the cones.
5️⃣SWEEP the ball across.
⭐️Start slow for 30 seconds to get your rhythm and technique down. Once you feel comfortable, try to speed up your space for 30 seconds!-
