Never give up. I like the sound of that !
Some days I go for a fast 2-3 mile run. Some days I go Paddleboarding.. Some days I do a barre workout & weights.
Then sometimes, when life has been more challenge with, well, you know, that thing called life, (whatever it may be)
I will Run, Paddleboard & do my workout routine back to back in the same morning.
I have coined this as the “Triple Header”
Certain Periods of life I have done this for days, maybe weeks at a time as a way to cope. Clear my mind. It’s my way of meditating. 🧘🏻♀️
I have also realized there’s a fine balance as to not harm my body during these times where I have needed Triple headers. I take extra measures to keep me fueled with good foods so I don’t get too lean & weaken my immune system. This is part of why I am so diligent about being healthy with my juicing, smoothies & good protein foods for my body!

Call me crazy if you want.. There’s always going to be judgement when you open yourself up to a bunch of people on the Gram.. haha, but before you judge to harshly or want to criticize.. realize, each one of us deals with the messier times in life, our own way. So think twice before you judge. I share my life experiences with you all because I frequently get asked how i manage being a working single mom.. well - this is one of my secrets..
For me, Fitness & health is not just my passion, it became my vice, my therapist, my lifestyle, my personal trainer, my drive to push me harder & above all, to Never give up when faced with challenges in life. •
