Alright a little late on my meet post but just wanted to share it on here! Went 8/9 on my lifts snagging a second place metal! And I couldn’t have been happier! Walked away feeling accomplished and left everything on the table!
Squat: 436 (PR)
Bench: 231 (not shown)
Total: 1185 @162.5lbs
Ended up coming in 12lbs lighter than my first meet in April, I came into this prep telling myself I’m gonna kill it, im not gonna skip sessions, I’m gonna eat right and destroy it on meet day. Tbh that didn’t happen at all lol missed crazy amounts of workouts, diet was all over the place, work schedule was double what is was my first meet prep but I still came in and killed it as best I could, all due to the coaching provided by @caleb_viau. If it wasn’t for his exemplary coaching I would not have had the results I got on meet day. When it comes to evidence based training for actual results he is the guy to go too! With his guidance and the amazing support of the #teamrpe8 aka THE DAWGS and my amazing family back home and at Bodybyd (my other home) I was able to accomplish goals higher than I believe I could. Had a lot of doubts for this meet but with all the support I am blessed with there’s no way I can fail!
TLDR: love my family, got hella support, killed it meet day, Caleb’s a bombaass coach, yee haw
