Wie bei so vielen Dingen im Leben weiß man das Positive meist erst dann zu schätzen, wenn man das Negative erlebt. Ist doch aber eigentlich eine Frage der inneren Einstellung ⏩ wenn ich das, was mir tagtäglich als selbstverständlich vorkommt, beginne zu wertschätzen, gestalte ich mein Leben von Grund auf positiver und wertvoller 😊

Galletitas de Avena, Mantequilla de Maní y cacao !!! 🍪🥜🍫💪🏼
Mis pacientes intolerantes/alérgicos al Gluten pueden prescindir de la avena agregándole Un poquito de harina de arroz/maiz/garbanzo,almendra, Etc!!.
IMPORTANTE: NO ES UNA RECETA HIPOCALÓRICA, por lo que si están buscando hacer un balance negativo no les irá muy bien una galleta con mayor proporción de maní, Queda perfecto como pre-entreno o como snack entre entrenamientos extensos 😉💜
Sólo necesitan:
220 gr de mantequilla de maní natural
40 gr de Tagatosa u 80 gotitas de stevia
50 gr de Harina de avena/arroz/maíz, etc.
1 Huevo 🥚
15 gr de cacao en polvo
Chips de Chocolate/semillas/coco rallado/opcional 🍪

Как часто тренировать ноги?

Некоторые тренируют ноги по 2 раза в неделю, так как это отстающая мышечная группа и её нужно грузить больше.
Согласен, так можно тренироваться, но не долго.
большая мышечная группа отнимает много энергии и крайне сложно продуктивно тренироваться, если бомбить ноги два разв в неделю.
Как правило мышцы адаптируются быстрее чем связки и продолжительная, тяжёлая работа приведёт к неприятным ощущениям в коленях или тазобедренном суставе.
Другими словами, если вы решили тренировать ноги два раза в неделю, это должен быть период 4-6 недель.

Как тренирую ноги я?
Я тренирую 2 раза в месяц квадрицепс и 2 раза бицепс бедра.
Причиной такого подхода к тренировке ног является долгое восстановление.
Мои связки просто не могут восстановиться за неделю, в противном случае колени начинают очень сильно болеть.
У меня нет другого выхода и это мне подходит.
Главное тренировку провести с максимальной отдачей и такой перерыв в тренировках позволяет мне восстановиться настолько, что я хочу приходить на тренировку ног 😅💪🏻

Add chaos to your rehab exercises, it’s important🤘

David is a National Masters champion in badminton who suffered a significant lateral ankle sprain to his right ankle 5 weeks ago. As he enters late stage rehab with a view to returning to court we’ve started to load the ankle in unstable positions with added unpredictable “chaos” forces.

This split stance with the symptomatic ankle in the rear allows us to place the ankle in plantarflexion & open up ATFL & CFL to inversion load. It’s important to stabilise the ankle in all positions, not just neutral! He is being cued to push into the floor with the symptomatic limb. Adding the “chaos” variation increases the positional demands further up the chain & requires him to create a more solid base of support than he would otherwise have done.
