A Good Begging For A Good Day
Soooo, this is a VanillaCreamColdBrew obviously from @starbucks
Despite I like sweet things I’m not the kind of person that goes for sugary drinks🥤 so I usually take the simplest coffee I can and a long time ago I discovered this delicious coffee a strong coffee flavor with a bit bitter taste and slightly sweet touch of vanilla also, it leaves a bittersweet after taste 9.5/10 also I asked for a cookiestraw🥤 the inner part was of a bit dark chocolate while the outside of something like a wafer it added a bit more of sweetness to the bitter of the coffee a perfect combination 8/10
It was funny because is the drink that I ask for almost every time I go to @starbucksmex but this time, the lady asked “Are you sure you want a ColdBrew?o_O and I answered “yeah, please” and she said “It is TOO STRONG” and I was like “emmm... yeah... I know¿? a VanillaCreamColdBrew, please...” And finally she gave it to me still with a face of maybe she saw me like if I were too young
But yeah I finally had it and as always, I liked it a lot
Also, some surprises are coming, please wait for them
Hope the caffeine doesn’t hit me that much

We started with Tea , had Maggie now it's time for Sweet Desert #jalebi
Jalebi, also known as zulbia and zalabia, is a sweet popular food in India. It is made by deep-frying maida flour batter in circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup.
They are particularly popular in the #India and #iran .
The chewy texture along with crystallized sugary coating melts in your mouth as you eat.
This sweet can be packaged with sour curd or further sweet Rabri.

Week 1 is officially in the books! ♀️
I may be a little bit off the set plan but I’m doing what I can and making it work with my crazy night nurse schedule. Because there’s only 4 workouts a week I am able to modify the days to go with my work rotation. Each workout is only 30-40 minutes too so I really have no excuse to to make a time for it. Most weeks I work 6 nights a week and my one night off I’m getting home at 7am so does it even count!? I’m a zombie most days 🧟♀️ and I struggle waking up for work or getting any sleep at all. My job is so stressful that most days I wish I could hide under my covers and never come out. •
People are always asking how I can stand to workout or run after work but truth is I look forward to the time I get to spend taking care of myself. Even on leg day! •
A new program means a new nutritional plan and I’m actually doing great sticking to it. (Mostly because of the built in cheat day but ♀️). I also started using new supplements before and after my workouts so I have energy to make it through and get help recovering. I’m still drinking my superfoods because those shakes literally keep me alive with the dense nutrition of 6 salads in a yummy cafe latte & chocolate flavored shake. Sticking to my new plan is already paying off, since I started July at my heaviest weight since I’ve become coach I am already dropping LBs! I know most people think I look fine but it’s about how I feel and not what y’all think. When I’m 5-10lbs over my norm I feel it holding me back in my workouts and at work. Not to mention the mental I have about the thought of taking my clothes off and hopping in a bikini. With the heat wave I need to feel comfortable in my skin cuz that’s about all I can stand to wear here.
Finishing week is only the beginning. I have 7 more weeks to continue to learn to lift heavy and HIIT hard. I’m challenging myself and holding myself accountable here, fit camp and the exclusive coach test group. They say it takes a village & it does with for tacos and sweets I need all the help I can get. I’m lucky to be apart of such an amazing support net. You can be 2 my next fit camp is 8/6 me!
