Do you have a sweet tooth? I do ♀️! I always crave sweets after a meal or as a snack so I’m trying my best lately to make sure my sweets are healthy (er). That’s why I stock up on plenty of fruit. Melons and pineapple are my favorite. Melons are full of vitamins A, B6, and C as well as potassium. Here are some desserts that are quick and easy:
1. Chop up some pineapple and dip it vanilla Greek yogurt.
2. Get a melon baller tool and make bite sized watermelon bites.
3. Blend some cantaloupe, water, lime juice, sugar and ice for a super sweet and refreshing sweet drink.
