This is the first time I have returned from vacation not having gained a pound, actually the scaled moved down.
My “excuse” for eating whatever I wanted on vacation was...”I’m on vacation, calories don’t count right” Wrong!!! Everything matters.
I would come back heavier and that would put me into a funk that would sometimes last weeks!!
Here are some thoughts, I want to share coming off this vacation and can and should be applied to everyday life!
Pay attention to what you eat, how much you eat and the quality of the food your eating!! Get rid of that mindset that tells you vacation, trips or bad days are a free for all! Don’t become obsessed with your fitness goals, yet stay and passionate and motivated about them. All diets work, but you need to find the ONE that works for you!! Use your failures as a learning experience, they help us grow
Hire a trainer or coach, it will make your life easier and help you through the process. Health and fitness is a life long commitment, not a short term thing! Change your mindset, anything IS possible.
Every choice you make in the right direction WILL get you closer to your goals.
Now go out there and crush those goals!
