TEACHER PROFILE: MEET WALLIS.
Wallis has been practicing yoga since her teens and remains her constant for maintaining a healthy mind and body. Teaching since 2012, Wallis gently and warmly guides students through their practice, reinforcing the basics and the power of good form and alignment. Originally trained in the Barken Hot Yoga method, she has undertaken several additional trainings, including Laughing Lotus (level 1 & 2), and YIN (level 1 & 2). Her passion for Yin Yoga and Massage has lead Wallis to the creation of Massage Yoga.
Join Wallis on the mat on Mondays at 7:30 am & 8 pm, Tuesdays at 9:30 am, Thursdays at 6 am, and Fridays at 7:30 am.
Wallis will also be at our Gorgeous Amarant Meditation and Yoga retreat with Joey next weekend.
