From everything I’ve ever experienced, to get to the level of success people “want” for themselves in anything, especially the fitness world. It often takes the one thing people are never willing to give. People talk about “wanting” their fitness goals or how they will do anything to go after them. They talk training and Diet and recovery and even want to jump to steroids. Whatever it takes to get them better. What those people often fail at is actually showing up. When they aren’t in the mood, aren’t motivated that day, haven’t watched a motivating YouTube video, haven’t seen their favorite ig personality, they are a little banged up from their previous session, have had a bad day at work or whatever else that either makes them stay home or spend more time complaining then with their nose down working. You want something, work for it. Sacrifice your comfort and get used to have your heart racing, lungs burning and muscles aching. Get used to aches and pains. Get used to losing nights with friends out or eating foods you crave that have 12k calories. Get used to a little pain and sacrifice or stop wondering why you aren’t growing how you want.
