Conclusion: Body felt loose and relaxed during our entire run, it was -10°C with pure sun, blue skies and low winds so the weather was perfect. Legs felt loose with a slight to medium heaviness that dissipated around mile 3. Our legs where flowing very smoothly the entire run and we found that our minds where relaxed, it was easy to zone out. That being said we found that if this was a run you wanted to push the pace, do intervals, hills, run a time trial, etc. You might have trouble after smoking this bat. We where able to keep the run in HR zone 3 (aerobic) until the last 1.5 miles we pushed the pace a little achieving a zone 4/5 heart rate. All in all The One is great for the more relaxed recovery runs but not highly recommend for harder runs or race days.
Let me tell you where this little quote has come from.. I graduated from a small town. Went to a small regional college. I was a teacher in a very very small town.
I had ZERO interest (and by zero, I mean like -100) in those “pyramid schemes” ( that’s what I thought they were called ♀️) but someone I trusted A LOT was raving about this shampoo.
So for whatever reason ( I see it was a God thing now). I decided to give this lil shampoo thing a try with actually no real intentions of fully working the business. But then I kinda started talking about it and wanting to do maybe give it a try ... I mean what was the worst that could happen?
So I put myself out there but I still wasn’t so sure .... but let me tell you ... when you hit a breakthrough.. it HITS you hard.
I love seeing people hit those breakthroughs and those moments that everything changes for them. Those are huge and something you can never take away from anyone.
You can never take away the person I am growing into because I took a chance. This small town girl who had been playing small her whole life. Everyone deserves those breakthroughs.
My question is where does your breakthrough begin?
