So I started my Saturday on a high - 3 days completely on track and under syned!
Breakfast today I had my usual muller light and 2 hifi bars as my HEX B choice. We drove to Newport today for our nieces 2nd birthday party so stopped off to get petrol.. and McDonald’s before the 3 hour journey! big mistake! I feel very guilty. Had a 3 piece chicken select meal - left most of the chips - had a Diet Coke (lol atleast that’s free on SW) and panic ordered a cheese burger. So yes very guilty. Didn’t really have much the rest of the day, at the birthday party we had a small slice of cake and I had some carrot sticks. Dinner was a Nando’s on our way home - butterfly chicken - 3 syns, with a mixed salad and corn on the cob (no butter) this was all great until we cracked open the creme eggs (each 9 syns but I only had the 1) the only thing I’m allowed tonight now is fruit! so not a great day on the whole! But am sitting down to plan our food for the next week. Nothing to get in the way of a loss!
