It's #november1 .. a new month! If you haven't started already, you don't have to wait until #newyears to begin working towards your #fitnessgoals .. Have you read the poem #theroadnottaken by #robertfrost ? Well, to loosely apply it to this context - you have two choices:
1. You can choose predictability, safety, comfort and ease by continuing to live the way you do. You wouldn't have to work any harder or fight or do anything else you don't want.
2. You can keep moving forward and tread new paths and leave fresh #footprints behind.
I won't lie to you, even I can't predict what may become of you or even myself. It is going to be scary and require us to work harder, train better, eat healthier .. but in the very end, you'll know what you were always capable of, instead of just dreaming about it. I promise! °

Apple founder #stevejobs in his famed #stanfordaddress said, "you can only connect the dots of your life looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something - yourself, your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever." 💛 Wise words from a man who changed all our lives, isn't it? .
So, no matter what aspect of your life you may want to work towards, let's promise ourselves to #startsmall but consistently work towards our goals💯
