Upper Body Workout and cardio (yes, I also do upper body ):
Slow walking (I like to walk) - 10 min
Intervals - sprints - 8 min. And I was
Superset 1: Pull downs/push ups (not shown in videos)
Superset 2: Change grip (close) another variations of Pulldowns / Pushups (AMRAP)
Superset 3 : Cable pulldowns/ low to high cable choppers (both sides)
Superset 4 (Finisher): Barbell row / overhead press Extra cuz it looked tempting: Chin ups (1x5, 1x4, 1x2.5) Not shown in the videos.
Second upper workout of the week will have a focus on chest and shoulders. And maybe I’ll squeeze biceps and triceps which I hate working out
