This is what happens when a hard work and consistency meet.

Nothing makes me happier when a client starts seeing results.

He wanted to see his abs again without having to spend 1.5 hrs in the gym 4x a week.

This is what he did:

Coming off getting burned out from P90X, his workout focused on building strength rather than getting a pump. The second phase built on that strength with Density Training to help build muscle and burn fat.

Focus on sustainability. A diet is only good if you can sustain it. Using the food that he enjoys, we tailored his macros and calories to fit his goal so he isn’t choking down more tire-like chicken breast.

Next step is tailoring his new shirts.

OMG.. you’re eating carbs?! You’re going to get SOOOOOOOO FAT! 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 It drives me crazy when I hear someone say they’re going Keto, low carb, or zero carbs with no reason other than carbs are bad and that’s why they have extra weight! 😕

This time of year, fitness celebs are selling everything under the sun to make a quick buck.

Seriously, if the diet sounds miserable, don’t do it.

It's not worth it if you can’t enjoy the holidays with your loved ones.

Not interested in eliminating carbs or that glass of wine? Don't want to take a pill for “insane fat burning” that doesn’t work?

DON’T DO IT! 👎🏼👎🏼 You CAN get the results you want while enjoying the food you’re eating—all without the endless loop of restriction and binging.

The lifestyle you want does exist!

😍KETO PANCAKES😍 I live and die by these. The peanut butter topping is the real MVP tho and you can bet your butt I ended up covering the plain one in peanut butter as well 😍😍😍 🔥Recipe🔥

1. Mix all ingredients in blender. Ingredients include: 2 eggs, 2tbs heavy whipping cream, 3-5 squirts of liquid stevia, 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/4tsp baking soda, 1tsp vanilla, 1tsp sea salt, 1tsp cinnamon .

2. On light to medium heat, add butter to skillet and make SMALL pancakes (Because they're hard to flip)

3. Wait for bubbles in middle of pancake to aplear before flipping

4. Top with butter, berries, sugar free syrups, peanut butter, or whatever else you like on keto!
