👉How Does VERT SHOCK Work?
⭕Vert Shock works because you will essentially be training your Type II B muscle fibers to support bounce and flexibility. By following body weight and plyometric exercises that help you develop these fibers, you can build a body that supports higher jumps. There are three phases of the Vert Shock program, including:

▶ THE PRE-SHOCK PHASE
☡ During the first 7 days of Vert Shock you will be introducing your body to the unique movement patterns and exercises of the program
