Yesterday, we saw the sun for the first time in (I think) 4 days 🤷🏻♀️?! Cheers to the 🌞 coming out to play and enjoy this outdoor plate workout! Main emphasis is lower body, but sneaking in some tri’s and obliques as well 👍🏼. Aim for 30-60 seconds of each. FYI, the plate I’m using is 25lbs 😃.
