FIBER: oatmeal, whole grains... essential for complex / regular digestion (AKA you feel normal & full all day.) Healthy FAT: avocado, peanut butter, nuts & seeds. don’t be scared to eat fat for breakfast because you NEED it to stay satisfied and avoid cravings.
NATURAL SUGAR: fruit, agave nectar... kicks the sweet cravings without the crash after.
PLANT PROTEIN: you need energy, you probably want lean muscles, you probably want to avoid snacking all day. that’s why any sort of nuts/seeds/grains/superfoods in the mornings add a nice protein balance to your plates.
