This is that kind of meal that doesn’t follow a recipe, just made it when coming home from work and trying to use what you find in the fridge and/or freezer. It includes onions, celery, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, broad beans, carrots, peppers, cumin, oregano, Spanish smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
