Have you been training super hard, pouring your heart and soul as well as effort, into your workouts, while seeing performance metrics drop? You could be overtraining. Overtraining can happen doing almost any type of exercise, power lifting to triathlon excesses. What can you do about it? What should you do about it?
You need to periodize. There are many ways to do this. Here are a few: reduction of volume, intensity, exercise days, modality changes with concurrent reduction in volume and intensity, total cessation of any exercise beyond walking. This should last one to two weeks or so. Think; do you need to do this.

Vegan workout menu:
B) Hill: 4 x 15 seconds, uphill sprints
E) Purpose: periodization, continuing drop in intensity and volume. A modality change is probably in order.
Fitness assessment: feeling good about the exercise being done, may lead to doing too much.
Fitness tip: push yourself extremely hard, for about three months, and significantly reduce effort, for about two weeks. Your body’s systems need a rest and reboot.
