Sedona is one of the most beautiful cities in the southwest, but it's also heinously crowded (with people who attach Bose sound systems to their backpacks and blast fucking mumble rap on hikes). Check out TKT for my latest post on how to avoid the crowds in Sedona. You too can drink champagne alone at Devil's Bridge!
We interrupt your regularly scheduled programming to bring you... My entry for the @arizonahighways 2018 photo contest: a view of the pink and purple badlands of the Painted Desert as seen through the adobe and pinewood windows of the Painted Desert Inn at Petrified Forest National Park in northern Arizona.
Shot on my Canon EOS Digital Rebel T5i with an EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM lens.
Yes, I'm still riding out the post marathon high and yes, Andrew and I just signed up for another race. If anyone is interesting in joining the Trash Bag Crew Team for the Horsetooth Half Marathon, dm me!
Antelope Canyon despite being an older image, there’s a group of these that I may resurrect. I’d love to go back just to compare the images I’d get today with my older work. This is one of those places that has grown in popularity so much it’s hard to book a tour to visit, but worth the wait and drive out. It’s amazing what water creates with all its power during a flash flood. These canyons can only be visited in a tour group due to a flash flood killing 8 people in the canyon back in early 2000’s.
