I really changed my own life 7/4/2015 and have been consist for the past 2.5 years.
I have been lifting heavy weight for 13 weeks. THIS is why pictures are deemed necessary. I am 40 with 1 adult child, a teenager and a preteen. 🤫
‘Today’s workouts done my god my body was giving up on me, & my mind was like ‘LAUREN STOP IT HURTS, IM BURNING, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH’ and I was like ‘NOPE FUCK YOU I AM STILL GOING’ and I smashed it and got through it and burned even more calories than Tuesday when I was full of energy. Ok, only 7 more but it’s still 7 more. @fi7nessbyjessicawright#cardio done . That’s phase 1 complete & week 3 complete. And then I added @jillianmichaels#killerabs in as well. I wasn’t going to double up today but I did. I also added weighted gloves (it makes a big difference - cannot wait to add them onto charlottes dvd next week) and I added 2kg weighs onto Jillians. I haven’t used weights in nearly a year now, so I started small & it felt AMAZING but it was so intense, haha. 10 exercises done this week.
