Your last sip shouldn’t be the worst sip. I’ve long struggled with “proper” dilution of a cocktail. I personally feel when ice is in play, your first sip should always be about the booze, and then you’re able to enjoy the cocktails evolution of dilution and sip that last sip at your ideal moment. If you make your margarita perfect at the first sip, then by default it only starts disappointing from the second sip onwards....
BUT if you make your own ice cubes, and you use a 1-30 ratio of citric acid to water, add a tiny pinch of salt to the bottom of each king cube mold. Well, then your Margarita will still be packed with flavor throughout it’s ices dilution.
Last Day Off.
