It’s just one of those days where I’m craving all things sweet Literally, all I’ve eaten today is choc oats, salted caramel ice cream, peanut butter cookies and pancakes. Now, I guess I’m craving a sweet yogurt bowl (and no I’m not preggo, and yes I did manage to sneak in some vegetables at some point today even though I didn’t want any at all #health).
I’m definitely not always like this. But when/if I do crave sweet after sweet after sweet food, I listen to my body and have a small portion of them. Why? Because I know that if I don’t, the craving will be 1000x stronger the longer I put it off and the less control I’ll have once I actually allow myself to have these foods. Listening to my body and stopping when I’m full or not craving it anymore is something I’m not perfect at but is something that I’m always trying to work on. Do you ever get days like these?
