Tonight’s diffuser: Cedarwood and lavender to promote restful sleep. (Seriously, this combo knocks me out.) Along with valor to balance my mind.
Other oils used this evening: My homemade tension roller that I used all down my spine, neck, and feet. Frankincense was added in my moisturizer so my face can have that radiant glow ♀️ but also so I can breathe it in and let it help ease my stressed out mind.
Oh, and eucalyptus on my leg because a mosquito won a difficult battle I didn’t know I was a part of.
