I haven't done one of these in a while, which is not indicative of my fitness the last few months, I simply haven't shared it much on social media.
Real talk: I have a love/hate relationship with social media. Sometimes i find the joy in posting and sharing and other times i feel like my phone is permanently attached to my body. But when it comes to my fitness I do find my greatest successes happen when I share and can publically hold myself accountable.
So I'm committing to 8 weeks of #Liift4, a brand new program that isnt released until October for the masses... but I and many of my teammates get to start now as VIPs with the creator himself, super trainer @joelfreemanfitness .
4 workouts per week, 3 rest days per week, and a treat day (I'm banning the term "cheat meal/day" for life) each week as well. I'm excited to finally find a program that works WITH and into my normal life, rather than restricting it so much I feel like I'm imprisoned lol I can have pizza and cocktails and not feel like I've failed my program. Real life fitness!
Day 1 starts now, and I cant wait to see what this program can do for me! I promise not to spam my feed with all my food, but I will be back to my sweaty selfies and workout vids 4 days a week
