| S T U C K | you know what, Yoda may have been a little, green, alien in Star Wars, but nether the less he spoke some great wisdom.
Personally I love Star Wars, I know not all of you are fans, but just stick with me a second to get to the point of this. .
If you fear change, you fear the same situations playing out again in your life, meeting the same kinds of people who inherently stuffed you over; what do you think is going to happen?
Yes then that is exactly what you’ll attract and in that lies the suffering part.
I know that Buddhists will tell you “life is suffering,” but I have been through a lot and I don’t suffer... yes that is exactly what I said to a monk and a room full of your everyday ppl as it finally bothered me enough to say something. To say life is suffering is to expect it, and so it will continue to run its course, but you can change that and my life’s existence as others who have helped themselves is proof of that. You don’t have to suffer, there’s modalities that will release those fears and subconscious patterning. .
Albeit they may be a little cooky and probably non-existent in Buddha’s day; like who ever heard of “body talk” (developed by a very smart Aussie guy in fact) which is apparently a step above Kiniesiology, there’s also Cranial Sacral Therapy, I tried that too with an amazingly, thick accented Scottish girl as my healer, there’s that Light Therapy and Energy Healing I was talking about in a previous post.
I mean, there’s lots of stuff out there that will tap into your subconscious that ISN’T invasive, I wouldn’t even say Hypnotherapy is invasive and I’ll explain this in the next post.
But seriously, what do you have to lose...fear? .
Just never give up, everything exists for a purpose and sometimes it takes a long time to heal.
We have lots of onion layers.
Make the most of it and change your trajectory of your life!
You don’t have to be your past story.
You have only one, might as well make the most of it and get the most out of it that you can...any work you do on yourself is an investment...it is exactly what makes those ‘vision boards’ come to life.
