炙り大トロ/Seared fatty tuna. One of my favorite pieces of the night! I love the 香ばしい (don’t know the English translation for this!) flavor of different neta when it’s lightly seared. The fat just melts beautifully and it adds another textural element to the nigiri. Yummmmm! . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
