This is part of my daily tracking journal. I track my food, my water intake, my mindset, my weight...so much! It’s awesome and it really helps...when I actually do it. ⠀⠀
See that picture on the left? Totally didn’t plan that day. Or Wednesday. Guess what happened? I got off track. Like, waaaay off track. I carb binged. I didn’t work out Wednesday. I barely drank water. The pic on the right - today - I’m refocused. I’m back on track. I’ve followed my plan. (Except water - why is it so hard to drink enough water?!) ⠀⠀
I’ve been talking about difficulty with consistency lately, yeah? Well, a huge weakness of mine is a lack of planning. Out of laziness and not making it a priority. But, if I want to succeed, I have to plan. Until it becomes a habit to make smart eating choices, I have to plan. I. Just. Have. To. This journal helps keep me accountable. ⠀⠀
