I’M ON A LIQUID DIET BECAUSE...
I had a pretty gnarly dental procedure done today. For 3 days, liquids only. For 2-3 weeks, soft foods only.
If you know me at all, you know I love chips and salsa, crunchy snacks, and crispy veggies.
(Insert profanity here)
Typically, I am not a fan of liquid diets because:
• With a liquid diet, there’s typically no education. The administer says to “drink this and you’ll lose X amount of weight.”
• Because there’s TYPICALLY not a lot of education, when people get off of their liquid diet, every pound that was lost tends to come back.
When it comes to a diet or a preferred way of eating for results, it’s important that you go for something that has long-term results, educates you in the process, and is not reliant SOLELY on one substance.
With that being said, I am so grateful for #herbalife right now.
Without having access to their products, I would be stressing out over how I’m going to get my protein and micronutrients in, what I can ACTUALLY eat, freak out that I will not be fueled for my workouts, and lose any muscle that I have gained over the past few months.
This is not an #ad. This is me saying to EDUCATE yourself on how to hit your goals NO MATTER WHAT LIFE THROWS AT YOU.
