Egg and veggie+side of berries
This is about the third time I’ve tried cooking up my own from-scratch breakfast. Not amazing as you can tell, but practice makes perfect!!

It’s very easy as an athlete to get caught up in your schedule and rush out the door with naught but a workout bar to fuel your morning/day ——
By taking a day or two each week to check back in and give your body a wholesome meal with nutrients it really needs to function properly, you’ll see a MASSIVE change in your mental & physical performance on the courts 🧠 ——
