AHHH! I just got off a phone call with a future coach! Every time I talk about coaching I get so excited and I realized I never really share what I do
I used to think you had to have six pack abs and work from home in order to be good at coaching but what I’ve learned is all you have to do is be yourself. Quirky, weird, smart, beautiful, strong or all of the above!
Here’s what I do -
I support others while I’m on my own fitness journey
I meet new people and reconnect with old friends ♀️♀️
I have an amazing challenge group filled with challengers who support me in the ups and downs of life (not just fitness)
I workout from home and drink delicious superfoods shakes daily (and mine are paid for with the money I make through coaching)
There’s a million other companies out there you could choose from. And you get out of this business what you put in, nothing is guaranteed.
