❗️Dr. Brighten warns that birth control can cause an array of symptoms which signal that your hormones are off balance. These symptoms include:

⚠️ Adrenal issues (eg. adrenal fatigue, hyper or hypo thyroidism) and more
Doctors 🥼 are not trained on the issues that birth control can cause women, they mark it up as “normal”. When women complain of these issues they say it is PMS and we need to deal with it. These are not normal and normalizing these issues only make your issues multiply.
🆘Your hormones are IMPORTANT! We have to excrete excess hormones like estrogen out of our urine, when there is too much estrogen our liver can’t get rid of it fast enough so the liver repackages it and sends it back into our bloodstream. That is when it causes problems.
