HIIT is hard, but it's one of the fastest ways to get great results. Give 100% effort for a short burst of time (e.g. 30 seconds), then recover briefly (e.g. 15 seconds) before working hard again. You can vary the work/recovery times, workout duration, exercises and whether your rest is active or not- it's completely up to you!
