First training in a so long time. Nothing special, but I was very angry against myself. I was feeling like I've lost every single skill I've work on since 4 years, and that's not the best feeling I had in my life. I cried after the ankle thing and after it was a bit better. Maybe sometimes you need to cry to be better 🤷♂️ It's human, I guess.
Thought of posting this here because I enjoyed editing this, experimenting with different editing styles and ideas. But the point of the video is that on the coming 15th and 16th (Saturday & Sunday) @parkourmy will be having their year end jam and my team @teamtechari and I will be there, so even if you are a beginner or is interested in learning #parkour & #freerunning please come as there will be workshops available! The event info will be @parkourmy . . . . features @kayapong_eriq and myself
Here's our little promo for the coming @parkourmy year end jam that is happening this Saturday (15th) and Sunday (16th)! Last video from Prayssac. For sure one of the 10 best training day of 2018 ! I was alone under a big sun for my last day in this city, and I did ALL the jumps I saw the first day, even those who scared me a lot. The 180 pre is one of them. Happy I managed to do it twice even if the second one is shitty 😅 I officially did a month without any proper parkour training, so it's my record in three years (before that, I did only one time two weeks, but generaly I trained every weeks). I should start to train again next week, I hope.
