I come back to this word allot lately.
We practice asana so we can sit, find stillness and be present in t h i s moment.
We detox our bodies in January, this seems to be the Winter norm, more water, more greens, and it takes practice.
I bundle up, get outside. I work thru my list of personal non negotiables for a happy and stress free life. It doesn't always work. That's ok... I practice.
I surround myself with beauty as often as possible and practice being patient and
k i n d. I am grateful.
Creating a space where I can sit, move, read and practice gratitude is what I worked on this week. I love to tweak things around and find it a relaxing, moving meditation.
Detoxing, tidying up, moving things out, creating space for new thoughts, projects and perhaps just a soft space to land when you need rest or have a cup of tea with your bestie... Its the whole enchilada and I crave more of it.. Heart
