Soufflé omelette- 3 + eggs, separate them, and beat the whites until fluffy, then beat the yolks with 1T water until creamy. Fold the two together and season with salt and pepper. Heat a fry pan & add coconut oil- spoon eggs into pan. Add toppings. Cook until golden on the bottom and then cook in the oven until the top is golden. - basically like a fluffy savoury pancake 🥞!! •

CASHEW BUTTER CHOCO/MOCHA PROTEIN BARS 🧡 melt: 1/2 cup cashew butter (or any nut butter), 2 Tb coconut oil, 1/4 cup honey/maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla. 🧡 Once all melted & mixed, add 2/3 cups of protein powder of your choice (I used @ancientnutrition mocha collagen), 2/3 cup rolled oats, 2 Tb chia seeds, and 1/2 cup puffed rice 🧡 Mix until well combined. Melt chocolate (@enjoylifefoods 😊) w/ some coco oil & pour over the top (optional). Refrigerate for an hour & cut into squares ☕️ 👏 •

HEALTHY COTTAGE CHEESE BANANA PANCAKES⁣
packed with 20g of protein to give you boost. The perfect after workout meal full of healthy carbs and protein! by @ambitiouskitchen

Ingredients: ⁣
🥄1/2 cup gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats⁣
🥄1/2 medium banana⁣
🥄1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract⁣
🥄1 teaspoon baking powder⁣
🥄1/2 teaspoon cinnamon⁣
🥄2 large egg whites (or 1 egg)⁣
🥄1/4 cup fat free (or low-fat) cottage cheese⁣
🥄1-2 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk⁣
Optional add-ins:Fresh berries, chocolate chips, peanut butter⁣

Method:⁣
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet or griddle with butter or cooking spray and heat over medium low heat. Drop batter by 1/4 cup onto skillet. Add desired toppings such as chocolate chips or blueberries. Cook until bubbles appear on top. Flip cakes and cook until golden brown on underside. Wipe skillet clean and repeat with more cooking spray and remaining batter. Makes 3-4 pancakes.⁣

I used my homemade almond walnut butter instead of regular almond butter and still worked so great! its also made with coconut flour so it’s gluten free and paleo ✔️ Perfect for breakfast with a cup of coffee 🍞☕️😊

7 ways to instantly feel more confident when you don’t feel like putting on makeup:

1. put in your favorite playlist and sing your heart out. lately I can’t stop listening to @iamrationale ✨ also my playlists are in my insta highlights!

2. try your best not to compare your life, body, face, career, relationship to anyone else’s. you’re not them and they aren’t you. if someone on Instagram doesn’t vibe with you, makes you feel bad or question yourself in a negative way, then say bye bye and hit the unfollow — no explanation needed!

3. Pick an intention for your day, each and every day. Not sure what to pick? Here are some suggestions: gratitude, acceptance, kindness, compassion, positivity 💗 come back to those intentions anytime you feel stressed/unsure. Practicing intentions goes a long way and helps set the tone for your day.

4. Exercise. Not because you have to, but because you can! And no, that doesn’t mean you have to go crazy at the gym. But a good sweat brings on those feel-good endorphins and makes you feel like a badass

5. Accept your limitations but also appreciate your strengths. We all have strengths and weaknesses, and must understand we can’t do it all, or be good at everything we try. Appreciate and acknowledge the things you are really good at — they are apart of what makes you unique!

6. Take a shower/bath. I choose baths to relax because then I can add in essential oils, salts, and jam out to music for 30 mins. When you treat yourself good, you instantly feel good! ✨

7. Set a challenge for yourself that you know you can do. Taking a new workout class, cooking dinner for a party, meal prepping, making a cake for a birthday, organizing your closet, etc. Now go accomplish it! ✨BONUS✨number 8: go ahead and put on the makeup, cause a little sometimes mascara is all you need and the world is YOUR runway 💋💄💃🏼 #ambitiouskitchen #makeupfree #confidence #selflove

‘Tis the season for yummy festive cookies 😋😍 I love that Monique from @ambitiouskitchen decided to create a cookie week because I ended up baking these yummy dairy free desserts! I took a mini spin on her gluten free chocolate chip cookies and added some peppermint. I 1000% recommend trying out this recipe!

Combine and stir ingredients below in a mixing bowl 👇🏾
1 cup @bobsredmill almond flour, 1 cup coconut flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 3/4 cup melted coconut oil, 4/3 brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 3 tsp peppermint extract, many mini @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips, broken peppermint

Bake on a cookie sheet in the oven on 350 for roughly 15-20 min. ENJOY☃️
