Turning 50, fasting and hot yoga!
Have you tried fasting? I started intermittent fasting in feb 2018. When I started fasting i fasted 16 hours from my last meal and ate only in the the break, approximately in 8 hours. Soon I began prolonging the fast to 18-20 hours. And this week I have fasted 3 times, each time atleast for 24 hours. Each day I have had only one meal, and I feal great. Being Vegan in my soon to be 50ies is amazing. My body enjoys the pure and simple fresh food. No milk, no cheese no #hormones, no meat and no eggs or fish... Just simple plant based food.
Yesterday I attended my first hot yoga ever. For 90 minutes and in Ketose mood, I tell u, it was such an amzing feeling. Yes I was sweating heavily, but it was amazing, my body went to a rush of energy and total focus. I guess what I'm trying to say is that if you feel heavy, have hot flashes or are bloated, if you experience lack of energy and joy, you must try go vegan and fasting. It will rehabilitate your body and your entire system in ways pills and never ending diets ever will.
