Most people are shocked at what I spend on food, supplements and fitness.
And the time I spend on cooking.. food prep... dishes... sleeping!!
And yet I used to spend the same if not more on alcohol, pills, partying, shopping, therapy!
Why is making health a priority so abnormal?
When I have cured my clinical depression naturally?
Why am I weird?
I know I am extreme.. And you seriously do NOT need to be as extreme as me to benefit!
But isn't your one body, one life kinda worth it?
I want to get the very best out of life.
And this starts with health doesn't it?
We all know someone who has suffered or is suffering from serious illness.
The medication, the doctors, the surgery, the expense...
That kinda lifestyle seems weird to me...?
Why are expensive medical bills more normal than my weekly food shopping spend?
But the core of the issue, in my humble opinion, is we are just not taught how to nourish our bodies at school.
It's actually not our fault.
My nutrition education up until 6 years ago was from advertisements & food labels.
You know the cleverly designed marketing to get us to buy their product..?
No wonder we are all confused!!

Not quite as extreme as my diet.. but if you adopt even a few of my food habits it will make a difference 👍🏻
