It is a long video clip , but I wanted to show you one of the way's I push through the workouts I do daily. Do you hear Autumn in the back round she motivates me not to give up because there is always something she says that resonates with me.. I take small little breaks and sip on water and even hit pause sometimes.. I'm trying to be leaner, faster, stronger and healthier.. Better than I was yesterday!
When I look back on my journey I was struggling to walk up the stairs in my house along with knee and hip pain coupled with anxiety.
Today I struggle in my workouts but those daily mundane tasks I do not.
We choose are hard! Don't give up!
