Yesterday was dairy reintroduction!! Yay!! I love dairy, but from the last round, dairy doesn't love me as much. The @siggisdairy skyr plain yogurt was awesome. I love the texture and tang. Instead of picking up an already flavored yogurt, I got plain and added my own mango and honey, so I could control the sweetness. So I had that for breakfast along with some parmesan on my reheated pan fried egg bake. Some cheddar cheese at lunch, and some ice cream after dinner.
After all of that, I actually preferred the vegan cheese sauce flavor better than this smoked cheddar (omg who am I?) and the ice cream was good, but meh. It was hard to find an ice cream (even those expensive gelatos or organic brands) that didn't have soy lethicin in it. Sugar, OK. Combining food groups during reintroduction, bad.
