Candidly, I don’t know if broomstick flying is grundle-friendly or not. I only used that as an example because now you’ve spent, at least, a moment wondering whether or not flying a broomstick would irritate your grundle.

You might have even thought of a broomstick or flying technique modification to protect your grundle from chafing or other maladies of the sort.

There’s no such thing as an inherently bad exercise. Except for weighted jumping single-leg bosu ball shake weight thruster mc flurries. That’s a bad exercise.

There are some people in some situations that might not be ready or able to do an exercise safely. But that doesn’t mean they won’t be able to do it down the road. And it doesn’t mean that exercise is bad for everyone.

As always, listen to your body. Because more important than what anyone says, is how you feel.

First time hitting 455 (which was and still is my one rep max) since before tearing my ACL, so it's all up from here.
It's a miracle this happened at all. Was in lab until 1:30 in the morning with @savanga_11 and then got a whole 4 hours of sleep before maxing at 6:30 this morning, so I had no business moving that much weight, but I'm glad that I did.

Safer for you knees – no twisting. Keep in mind your feet should point in the same direction that your knees go when Squatting.Safer for you back – pushing your knees out will prevent lower back rounding (what some people call the “butt wink”)Involves your groin – the more muscles you’re using (here your groin) the more weight you will Squat.

You could do light Squats with a mini-band around your knees – the band will force you to push your knees out. But the better way is simply not to be lazy about this – force your knees out when Squatting, and force them out hard.

I can only work out twice this week so I made some adjustments and decided to test my current max. I knew I had at least a 365lbs squat so the 375lbs was a bonus. And boy, was it slow. It didn't even feel hard, just slow AF. For deadlift, I knew I had 395lbs so 405lbs was extra credit. I had more in the tank but wanted to get some more volume in before I had to leave. I did three rounds of front squats, Romanian deadlifts, and barbell rows with 90 seconds rest between each round.
