Thanks to events like San Diego Comic-Con I have collected 3 different versions of Harley Quinn. This is 1 of 3 that are in my collection. Still looking for my ideal Harley Quinn I fell in love with his character from the first time I saw Batman: The Animated Series in 1992. From that point I know if I was going to hire anyone it’s because of this version of her. The Video Game and Movie versions come later. I feel the ideal place to shoot this has to be in Las Vegas in one of there many Casino. Don’t ask why just when I imagine this version of Harley Quinn just see her in Casino in Vegas. .

What. A. Weekend! We went camping in the Black Hills with @minnesotayogini and her family, and Lacey and I ran the Mount Rushmore Half Marathon. It was a challenging course with 1,500 feet of elevation gain (we literally ran up a mountain!), but the views were amazing! Amazing to the point where I stopped and took over 3 minutes of photos across the 13.1 miles. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Get this race on your bucket lists, it’s totally worth it! I’m already planning my next race in the @vacationraces National Parks series! Such a great event!

Forever in love with leg day, no not only because the booty, but because my naturally big legs have potential to be so powerful. Something important to know is when trying to build solid legs or butt, you have to make sure you’re working your hips into it too. People think it’s all about squatting until you can’t no more and it’s not. You need to work all areas and tone all around and hips are something most people forget about. Focusing on my hips too during leg day has also decreased my sciatic nerve pain like crazy and am so thankful it has calmed down. 3 of my favorite hip movements are hip thrusts(using a barbell and played), hip abductor, and hip adductor. Even if you only add one hip workout to your leg day, you will easily see a difference soon enough.

Handbalancing training from yesterday :) Keep trying and you'll achieve your goals! Used to be too painful on my triceps so had to learn to curl weight into abs more and float knees more. So glad go have finally achieved this pose! Planche here I come! 😎
