“I don’t have time” —> that’s got to be one of the most common popular excuses why people tell me they can’t start working out or eating healthy.
Well I get it, we’re all busy, we all have “life happening”, but ultimately we make time for what’s important to us.
So I share with you my success sister’s story to show you that you CAN do it too, if you’re willing!
Rachel is a busy mom of 2 children, works FULL TIME outside of the home, works part time as a coach, her hubby (my little bro 😆) often is working long hours, so she’s on her own with the kids a lot, her son plays hockey, oh and she is in the process of selling & buying a new home.
Despite of all of this, she still MAKES TIME to take care of her. No excuses. If you want it bad enough, you’ll make it happen.
That’s why my #womencrushwednesday post goes out to her!! I’m so thankful she decided to dive in & not only commit herself to her lifestyle, but also help others along the way (including myself!) 💗 @vanloonrachel
